The property was well maintained, rooms were lovely, modern, with a comfy bed and a fabulous shower; there was tea, coffee, biscuits, a fridge in the room, and a flat‑screen TV; the kitchen had everything needed and the lounge was really nice, all clean and tidy; we got a taxi to the town only 5 minutes away, so it was central for everything – I would recommend it and would stay again.

Very close to the centre, in a very quiet neighbourhood with good amenities. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Free use of a washing machine and dryer was available.

The kitchen was helpful, the hotel was clean and pretty, the staff were very friendly, the neighbourhood was good and everything was automatic. The internet was HORRIBLE, awful, the worst in the United Kingdom; that’s why I gave it an 8. There were times I couldn’t connect at all, only better in the very early morning when other guests were asleep. They had three networks, yet it was still very bad, both in the room and in the kitchen.

The location was great for the city centre. The room was spacious, modern, clean and well furnished. I appreciated the kettle with a wide selection of coffee and tea available. The shared kitchen was convenient and well equipped (though I didn’t use it). Parking at the property was handy. Everything was fine.

Great to have access to a full kitchen, lounge and washing facilities. Fridge / freezer in room was added bonus. Very responsive when our heater didn’t work - thank you !
