I booked a double room with two separate beds. When we checked in, a very friendly lady at the reception offered me two separate rooms for the same price. That was a great service that made our stay even more pleasant than it already was. Thank you again for that!

The room was dirty.

The staff were friendly and the stay was overall okay. The toilet flush ran again after flushing, the bed frame creaked noticeably, and the bathroom sink was very small. During breakfast, the loud and hectic atmosphere caused by the staff clearing neighboring tables with a cart made the experience tense. The rattan chairs in the breakfast room were already heavily worn. I also found it concerning that I received a fraudulent WhatsApp message before my arrival that included my name, the hotel’s name, and my exact stay dates. I can’t say where that data came from, but I consider the incident worrisome.
