We stayed in a room that was comfortable and wide enough for three people, walked to all the main spots in the city centre, and the price matched the facilities; the staff were friendly and attentive, so you can choose with peace of mind. The only drawback was a general damp smell in the room, which didn’t bother us much because we kept the window open all the time.

The towels were delicious, but the hotel was very good.

The room was cozy, clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large shower. Breakfast offered an excellent and abundant selection of sweet and savory items. The staff were kind and helpful, and I especially liked being able to leave my luggage before check‑in or after check‑out, which was a very convenient service.

The staff were helpful, spoke English very well, the breakfasts were tasty with a huge variety, the location was perfect (very close to public transport, the zoo and grocery shops), and the place was clean and quiet. The rooms lacked a smart TV (so you had to watch Spanish TV), and there was no small fridge for water or yogurt for dinner.
