I booked tickets on 6th June and went straight to the reception; the owner said my booking was not proper and asked me to change the number of people. I had to cancel and rebook two rooms with the same number of guests, yet I never received the 2660 refund I was owed, even after raising a query—this is how hotels treat visitors in new places.

On the day of departure they let me stay in the room until the afternoon without additional payment and the staff called an Uber rickshaw for me, but it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in—walls, furniture, sheets all filthy, so you could only take a hot shower in the morning.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly.
