A lovely host who met all our requests to the fullest, making us feel right at home, and a tasty breakfast in a pleasant setting. The only downside was that the nearest pub or restaurant was a bit far, but a 15‑minute walk or a few minutes by car is still doable.

The place was simply fabulous: clean, airy, modern, and welcoming with beautiful décor. The rooms had great views, and the bathroom was second to none—roomy, spotless, and practical. Gail kindly assigned my elderly mother‑in‑law a ground‑floor room, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was also excellent, and there was absolutely nothing to criticize.

Gail, the hostess, delivered hospitality down to the last detail. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, available in both English and continental styles, with plenty of fresh fruit, and we enjoyed a pleasant chat.
