“Decepción total y pésimo servicio en el hotel. Una falta de respecto a lo pagado.”

La ubicación del hotel es lo único que fue favorable, porque todo lo demás fue un fiasco, el personal de la recepción muy tosco, poco amable, como ya habíamos pagado, no les importó para nada nuestra reserva. De hecho la habitación debía ser para cuatro personas y solo nos dieron la opción de acomodarnos en una para tres porque no tenían más. Qué falta de respeto. y nos dijeron que no era problema de ellos y que podíamos ir a otro hotel y luego pedir a Booking que nos reembolsara el dinero. Nada nos gustó, el personal poco educado y amable, no cumplieron con lo que se había pagado. Desayuno pésimo y poco variado. Alimentos de pésima calidad. Nunca volveríamos a este hotel

“Nice hotel good cab location for leaving on a cruise”

I liked the location near the pier, but there was no iron or ironing board in the room.

We stayed for two nights and were really impressed by the location: 10 minutes to the airport, 7‑8 minutes to the cruise terminal, and about 10 minutes to the beach, plus plenty of shops and great restaurants nearby.

I was close to everything, the staff were accommodating and the place was very clean. I just wish I’d stayed longer.
