The spot is decent, close to a bunch of historic sights, but the AC was a nightmare: it dripped water onto a window and then the floor, creating a huge puddle. It was noisy too, so we had to shut it off and endure the heat all night.

Grand Master Suites sits on Rome’s bustling Via del Corso, offering modern, air‑conditioned rooms with minibars, flat‑screen TVs, en‑suite rainfall showers, hairdryers, and complimentary tea/coffee supplies. Guests enjoy a shared terrace, free WiFi, and proximity to the Spanish Steps (400 m) and Trevi Fountain (10‑minute walk). The central location and upscale amenities make it a standout choice.

The location is superb—right next to the Spanish Steps. The building feels very pleasant, there's an elevator, and the room is gorgeous and spotless.

The place sits in a great spot, the room was clean and the bed comfy, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. However, the property itself looked worn out; the windows didn’t seal properly, so street noise blasted in every night, the Wi‑Fi was down the whole time, and the air‑con didn’t work. The walls were so thin you could hear the next room snoring. I reported all this through the chat function but nothing changed, so I just gave up.

The location was excellent—right on the main shopping street and within walking distance of many sights. Check‑in was handled by Alessandra, who was very pleasant and quick to respond to messages. The building has a small elevator that only goes up to the 3rd floor, so the staff helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor. The room itself didn’t match the photos; the pictures seemed staged, while the actual room was dull and depressing. The AC was extremely loud and kept dripping water onto the windowsill and floor, so we had to soak it up with towels and eventually turn it off. We could only mention this to reception at checkout, because after about 6 pm the front desk isn’t staffed. The room and shower felt unclean; the decorative pillows were dirty and the cutlery had been used. Someone—possibly housekeeping—entered the room in the morning without knocking. Breakfast wasn’t mentioned at check‑in, so I can’t comment on it. It doesn’t stack up against the other 4‑star hotels we’ve stayed at in Italy.
