The staff were extremely kind and always tried to answer our requests. The room was very good. I would go again or recommend it, but I would skip the breakfast. The breakfast did not meet our expectations.

The room is spacious and the location is very good. The hotel needs more care; the bathroom is stained and smells very bad, a wall is broken, the elevators are old and noisy.

We arrived at 3 am as previously arranged with the accommodation, but we couldn’t get in; no one answered. We only managed to enter an hour later when a receptionist from another hotel called. We booked two rooms. One of them had only lukewarm water in the shower, even during a cold season. There were structural problems in the accommodation.

The room was large but awkward. The beds were good, but the air‑conditioner was too small for that size.

The room is quite large, the breakfast is great, and the location is wonderful. The hotel restaurant is bad, and they charged me for washing a floor towel from the bathroom that I had cleaned with my muddy foot.
