“Confortevole e piacevole, da ritornarci sicuramente”

The breakfast spread was generous, offering both sweet and savory options, and the spa featured a huge pool with staff who were very kind and attentive to every need. I did notice two small issues: the coffee machine broke during breakfast and stayed unrepaired for the whole four‑night stay, and the bedroom was quite narrow while the living area and bathroom were spacious.

“Bella la piscina e la Spa, ma ingiustificato il costo anche per i servizi scarsi e la pulizia delle camere non adeguata.”

The price, higher than nearby competitors, should have meant excellent service and spotless rooms, but that wasn’t the case. The rooms were consistently messy and barely cleaned, the breakfast selection was limited, and anything that ran out—apples, croissants, etc.—was never restocked without repeated requests. During the two eight‑day periods we covered at St. Elisabeth, the breakfast coffee machine was never fixed.

Nice, clean, great service and location with all the amenities to make a vacation easier; love the spa! The only downside was that the restaurant was not open for dinner.

“Costoso e riordino quotidiano della camera scarso e approssimativo”

The SPA and pool were great, but the way the room and bathroom were cleaned and redecorated was quite approximate.
