The location is superb, just 100 m from Momodani Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line and 200 m from Mandai Supermarket, but the kitchen, while good, could use a few extra items—tongs, more tea towels, a trivet, salt, and pepper.

The room was unexpectedly spacious and tidy despite the shabby exterior; walking to Tsuruhashi let me enjoy a great yakiniku dinner, and the proximity to the station means I never had trouble finding food or shopping, plus the rate was cheap. The only downside is the narrow, single‑wall layout with the next house, so sounds travel easily—especially loud voices at night seem forbidden. Parking at the nearby coin lot was tough because the road was narrow, and filling out all the information on a tablet at check‑in was a hassle.
