We had a wonderful stay at Marina Hotel; almost everything was excellent. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the lake and mountains, with the charming atmosphere of a small resort town. The hotel itself has a high‑end feel, with stylish modern décor that blends perfectly with natural elements. The rooms are very comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer breakfast, but that was not really an issue because several very good cafés and restaurants within walking distance serve breakfast.

The place sits right on the lake and is a stone’s throw from the village, with all the usual amenities. Nothing else to add.

The rooms were great—clean, comfortable, and well maintained—and the property sits in a beautiful location right on Big Bear Lake. Although there is a nice restaurant next to the hotel, there is no breakfast option available at the hotel, and having breakfast on‑site would make the stay much more convenient, especially in the morning.

We were on the lake, and the staff were truly outstanding. Our room’s A/C failed the night before, and we got a heads‑up at 9 AM the day we were supposed to check in. No other rooms were free, but the staff let us know before we left the parking lot. They were very accommodating and offered a full refund if we’d rather not stay, yet we stayed anyway. Fans were supplied, the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and I’m planning to return this weekend. Thanks!

The renovated hotel sits on the lakeshore, and the first‑floor rooms have direct lake access. There’s a nice small pool and the rooms are great. The only downside is that there’s no coffee machine in the room.
