“Much improved”
We have stayed here in previous years and were very disappointed. This year, new owners appear to be making significant improvements. The rooms are nicer now, though some things still need attention, such as a side entrance door without a working lock for security, worn hall carpets, and a parking area that could use a spruce‑up.

The bed was comfortable, yet the hotel itself felt dirty and poorly maintained. Our air conditioner failed, so they moved us to a different room, but that room was still dirty and some bathroom trim was visibly rusted.

The beds were comfortable and the room stayed clean. However, the hot tub was non‑functional, the breakfast area was under construction, no juice was available, and food choices were very limited. The ice machine didn’t work, and the bar/restaurant offered few options, though the food that was available was good and the staff did their best.

I was told my reservation was not received, even though I arrived at the correct location. Instead of the no‑smoking, handicap‑accessible room with a shower that I had booked, I was given a far‑back room that lacked curtains, smelled of smoke, alcohol, and vomit, and was filthy. It felt like a bait‑and‑switch.
