The spot is convenient, but the room was far from clean, with hallway odors like a vet office and weed, and the check‑in staff moved so slowly and blandly I felt they were rude, plus noise could be heard everywhere.

It’s close to stores but everything else sucked; the room was dirty, I paid for a queen but got a full bed that was the most uncomfortable and loud I’ve ever slept in, there were no toiletries, yet a tip envelope was front and center.

The front desk staff—Richard, I think—was SO nice, friendly, and our check‑in/out went smoothly; the room was clean and fairly comfortable, but the furniture and facilities are older and could definitely use a refresh as there is visible wear and tear.
