It’s close to the center, but the hostel looks like a plain house and you have to walk through the living room. The price is great, yet for a slightly higher rate you’d find much better options in the area. The bathroom… I won’t comment.

It’s an interesting place with a choice of colours, but the roof is too bright and there’s no shade, and the beds are basic.

The price isn’t high, the AC is cool (it was on all day), and the location is excellent. In reality, I didn’t expect much from this price point, and you could find better places for a similar cost. Many reviews say the owner is very nice, but I didn’t meet the owner—just the staff, who looked tired and reluctant to talk. The owner seemed cute, but the common area felt like it wasn’t really for guests. The bed (I got a bunk) was a mess; it hurt my back and had no bedside lamp. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was shared with a toilet—so small I didn’t feel like taking a shower, and I didn’t. The trash bin was huge and full, so I thought trash wasn’t emptied daily. I planned to stay in Bangkok for two weeks, but I only stayed one night.
