The host was really kind to give us a larger room, but the AC didn’t work well and we felt pretty hot through the night.

The staff were friendly, the spa pool and lake‑view pool were great, and we got a free upgrade to a bigger room; everything was comfortable, with plenty of towels and all the amenities we needed.
