No AC rooms were available and the hotel was under restoration, and now they are not refunding me the money. Nothing else.

The location of this hotel is really nice, it's right in the heart of the city. That's about all I can say, to be honest - I didn't have any other particularly good or bad experiences during my stay.

I had a good time staying here, the staff were really cooperative and helped me out with a few things. They were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, which was great. Overall, it was a good experience.
