I was told pets were not allowed when I checked in, and indeed pets were not permitted.

“This hotel was a great and a great bargain.”

The staff were genuinely kind and professional, the property looked brand new, smelled clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff were very helpful and considerate; my room impressed me, especially given the rate, and I honestly can’t think of anything to criticize.

“Overall good location”

The location and noise level were as expected, and I liked the weight room and the availability of amenities, but I noticed staff sitting around chatting when breakfast needed restocking, the toilet was wobbly when sitting or standing, there were water stains on the ceiling in my room, and staff only walked to the small children’s area during breakfast; the hot breakfast could use more options.

“Uncomfortable stay in a building that is declining rapidly”

It was okay, nothing special, and there was no waffle maker, but it served as breakfast for our family. The facility was in poor shape: the room smelled bad and was damp, the beds were messy, three pool‑area light bulbs were out or flickering, the lobby floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned urgently, and the carpet tiles in the main hallway were unglued.
