Quality Inn Owatonna near Medical Center

“I was never so disappointed in a hotel! Worst one I’ve EVER stayed in.”

The place was absolutely filthy, with a horrible hallway odor, and there was nothing to eat at breakfast even though they claimed it was included.

“Absolutely horrible”

Everything- we switched rooms 3 times and each room had stains of various fluids or hair covering the sheets and pillows. The receptionist was unpleasant when we spoke to her. Overall it was absolutely disgusting and we ended up staying at a different hotel that night

The room was a decent place to rest, but the smell was a bit off. It was like someone had been smoking in there, or maybe it was just the general mustiness of the air. The bed was comfortable enough, and at least it was clean. Still, the smell was a bit of a turn-off.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely clueless. I had to deal with a faulty room key every night, and it was clear that the hotel was struggling to stay afloat. The place was basically empty, and it looked like it was on its way down. Not exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for.

“I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were in better condition than this one”

The location was the best part of my stay - it was right in the heart of things. But, unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a mess. The sink was clogged, and I had to point it out to the staff before they fixed it. There were also a few loose parts in the bathroom, like the shower valve cover and the heat lamp switch. And to top it all off, the fridge was dirty and the freezer was frosted up.
