We really enjoyed our stay at Gem Plaza Hotel! Our room looked good, was clean, very comfortable. The beds were wonderful. From my bed I could look straight at the pyramids, which I found truly fantastic. We also had a balcony. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival we were immediately well received and offered to bring all our belongings to our room. The location is also great, very close to the pyramids and the museum.

Thanks to all the staff, especially Donia, and also thanks to Ms. Norhan, the hotel manager, for helping us during our stay.

We were delayed by our flight and arrived around 1 am instead of 23:00; the staff waited without any problem and welcomed us with a drink. Everyone is friendly and helpful, though some staff struggle with English. The Italian breakfast—milk or tea with brioche or similar—is excellent; the continental option is more Egyptian with spices and vegetables. Finding a quiet room is almost impossible because of the traffic in the area. The rooftop service is a bit slow but acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept well. The view from the room was amazing, especially seeing the pyramids directly. Breakfast was also very good with many options, and we missed nothing. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again. Nothing, we were happy with everything.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and well maintained. The breathtaking view of the pyramids, especially from the pool and terrace, is simply incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful, making us feel welcome at all times. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. From the moment we arrived we felt great and would return anytime. Absolutely recommended! Nothing could be criticized; we were fully satisfied and enjoyed our stay.
