The hospitality and the place were absolutely wonderful. There was nothing that I disliked; the place was truly amazing.
The clouded village is beautiful and the people are very friendly. This hostel sits in the heart of the village right across from the Nile.
“最高!”
The staff were incredibly kind and took us to places and shops that only locals know, teaching us how to enjoy the area! They answered all our worries about whether to go on a tour or go solo, and they were very considerate with no hard‑selling. I will definitely come back!
The room was good, the Wi‑Fi was adequate, breakfast was plentiful, parking was no issue, communication with the host was fine, and the shower was acceptable. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and if you drive a car you have to take an off‑road one‑way street.
“Really good”
The location was really good, you could see the morning camel drive right from your window, and a nice restaurant was right across the street. The breakfast was lovely, though we’re not sure we ever finished everything. We especially appreciated the sandwiches they packed for us to take when we left at 6 am; those sandwiches saved the day on our 11‑hour drive to Luxor. The only downside was that there was no sheet for the blanket.
