We liked the room, the space to relax, and the proximity to the beach. The pool area was too small for the crowd, especially with many kids who had no designated spot, and the water looked a bit dirty. Customer service, particularly at reception, could use a lot of improvement; the staff’s attitude was not friendly.

The location was fine. The check‑in was awful—keys were missing and there was no customer support. The pool was dirty, the room lacked a bedside table and toilet paper, and the palm trees blocked the view you’re supposed to pay for. The restaurant service was poor, staff were scarce, tables were dirty, and it took hours for anyone to clean them. Reception service was bad.

I thought the breakfast price was a little high for what it included. We were given a very comfortable apartment, but we were told we couldn’t use any of the kitchen utensils that were there.
