“Great location but terrible customer service. Stay away!”

The location was good, the hotel was clean, and there was no noise at night. We arrived a few minutes before 3:00 pm and a very rude staff member told us to wait elsewhere until 3:00. When we returned for check‑in around 3:10, we waited over 40 minutes because the line was too long and the staff was slow. They forgot to offer us a cookie, even though the basket was full, and when I asked for one later they said they were out. During the night I discovered the pillows were filled with feathers and triggered my allergy. I called the front desk, and the on‑site staffman said he’d fetch new pillows, but it would take a long time and that he’d call me. He never called, so I slept without pillows. I’ve never encountered such rude and idiotic staff.

It was nice and quiet. They never returned my deposit for both times I booked.

“$200 or more a night with no breakfast, waters or parking included”

The kids pool was great, but you have to pay for any part of breakfast and parking.
