The room had a toilet and everything fit fine. In the bathroom, there were hair from a previous guest on the floor…

The location is just amazing—only a few steps and you’re by Neusiedlersee. The balcony room was well equipped and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful in every situation. The free parking is easy to reach and right next to the building. Everything was fine!

The reception was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great, plus the parking and overall location are just awesome. The toilet paper holder was placed in a really awkward spot—almost like “behind my back”—which is a big problem for older or disabled guests. Lifting my suitcase would have been impossible without the help of the unusually great receptionist, yet nobody could assist me at check‑out. In the morning, smokers were already outside our window and the smoke drifted into the room—unpleasant for non‑smokers. One of the two rooms had a completely broken TV, which should always be checked; it was utterly unusable, and we had no idea what to do about it. We only arrived late at our room and noticed the issue then.

Right on the lake with parking, perfect if you’re heading to Familypark Rust. The breakfast is small but tasty and everything is there. The beds could be a bit softer.
