The Casa rural Alcala Cabana del Herrero sits right in the middle of an agricultural field, so it’s very quiet and private. One of the region’s top wineries is within walking distance, as is the friendly local tapas bar Las Cruces. Juan and his wife were wonderful hosts, arranging everything before we arrived. The villa is fully equipped with all the items you’d need, and the jacuzzi and pool are amazing.

Very well equipped, the barbecue area is immaculate and the pool is great. There was plenty of crockery and appliances (toaster, blender). The bathrooms were very good. They also had paella and everything needed to cook it (if I’d known earlier I would have brought my own).

We loved the house, the pool, and it was close to the town and the multi‑adventure activities. Privacy and tranquility, and Juan the owner gave us excellent service with directions and recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. We’ll definitely come back. Everything was fantastic.

“Sitio tranquilo, cómodo, muy ben mantenido.”

Excellent host, very helpful and always available. The place is very quiet. The pool is excellent and well maintained. All the facilities are very good. Nothing to criticize.
