This hotel meets Western standards of cleanliness and amenities. The food was excellent, the staff were lovely, and there is a gym as well as a rooftop swimming pool/restaurant overlooking the Taj Mahal. The travel desk arranged a driver and a guide who took me to all the main historical sites, including the Taj, and handled pick‑up and drop‑off from the train stations during my 2‑day stay in Agra.

The fitness room/gym needs an upgrade; it does not match the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and vibrant, with professional and courteous staff. The large lobby area offers plenty of comfortable seating. My room was lovely as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and great value for money.

Excellent hotel, great location and helpful staff. Waited 2 long for drinks with evening meal and breakfast was extremely busy so line for coffee very long. Asked for a Taj view which was further away than expected and twin beds allocated despite request for King bed. They were to push the beds together for us but never actually did
