“Not a pleasant experience i will not recommend this pace to anyone”

The neighborhood is nice, with cute little coffee shops and friendly people. The stay itself was a disaster from start to finish. Despite the great area, the accommodation was far below expectations: it lacked basic items such as a coffee maker, a small fridge to keep water, adequate lighting, and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. Communication was only through text with almost no personal help. Be very careful when checking in and out—take photos and videos of the whole place, walls, bed, toilet, shower handles and heads, light fixtures, and keep them for your records to avoid unexpected charges or disputes. They should do a better job of accurately disclosing the property and maintaining acceptable standards; we paid top dollar for peace of mind and it was a disaster from the get‑go.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were especially polite and helpful. The place was well‑situated—not too far and not too close to Rome’s center—and there were nearby metro and bus stops, so getting around was easy. The only downside was the hot water in the shower: we had to wait about 3–5 minutes for it to heat up, but it never did, so the water stayed cold and we couldn’t really take a proper bath, which didn’t meet our basic needs.

“Precio hotel sin servicios de hotel”

The location was great, just one metro stop from the Colosseum. When the air conditioning was switched on, it began to drip, wetting the floor and forming a puddle right at the door. Water from the bathroom tap came out with particles, as if mold or something was growing inside. The remote control had food residue stuck to it. Overall, the room wasn’t as clean or well‑maintained as one would expect.

It is a very beautiful place, and the area is quiet compared to the bustle around tourist spots.
