I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castle Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I especially appreciate Mr. Siam, the receptionist, for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. He made the check-in process smooth and was always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly, especially manager Siam Ahmed, who was great—thanks a lot. The complimentary breakfast menu wasn’t good and had very few items; more variety should be offered. Thanks.

Service was poor. They claim to be a five‑star hotel, but this place feels like zero stars. Food quality was very bad, though the haluya was #Awesome.
