We arrived around midnight and the staff was very rude; the counter person was arrogant and even after we asked for a water bottle he locked the hotel and left. He didn’t answer our calls, and we couldn’t get a water bottle from the car either. The room was not clean, the AC didn’t cool, and the overall service was terrible.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, I was impressed by the hotel's amenities, which included a refreshing water supply, a convenient shop on site, and a decent television for entertainment. However, the high price I paid for my stay, which was inflated due to the booking platform I used, was a major letdown. What's more, I was disappointed to find that the hotel lacked other essential facilities that I had come to expect from a hotel of this caliber.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They tried to scam me by asking for a significantly higher price than what was initially shown. The location is in a decent area, but the outrageous price and the attempt to deceive me left a bad taste in my mouth. I was shocked to be asked for an extra 1000, which made me question the hotel's integrity.
