The availability and location were good, but we had trouble reaching staff when several of us tried to contact them. I didn’t receive a company receipt on site or by e‑mail, and there was no follow‑up on calls, and I wasn’t the only one who tried to reach them by phone.

The location is quite good, but the separate WC and shower were a problem.

The area is nice, letting you see a lot of Nyköping without a car, and the room had a fridge. The room was nicely redecorated. There was no staff present for several days, the garbage was not emptied, a pillow was left on the wall in one of the toilets throughout the stay, and a larger group came in late at night and spoke loudly, making the place feel unsafe.
