The staff were helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and it had air‑condition, a hairdryer, and a big fridge. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay again. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there’s a bus stop nearby, so it’s well connected, and we didn’t have a problem.

It turned out that booking through Booking didn’t include breakfast. There is parking, but the car was damaged. The hotel is relatively far from the city centre. The staff are generally polite. The hygiene is unacceptable – the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, there was grime on the seams and on the glass partition of the shower, and one of the mattresses had old nasty stains. Despite the many signs that smoking is forbidden, people smoke in the hotel. On the floor where we were, a strong cigarette smell was noticeable. We complained at reception, but the smoking continued.

The staff were friendly and obliging, the central AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the room was well kept. My only small criticism was that the beds in our room had only a duvet and no top sheet.
