“Was not able to experience due to issues with my card”

The location was perfect, but the payment process was a nightmare. I swiped my card for $200, only to be told they didn't accept it. Now I'm waiting 7-10 days for my money back.

“Good location, good hotel, just a couple of bumps”

The location was perfect for our needs, being close to OSF hospital. The bed was super comfy, which was a definite plus. However, we did have a bit of a mix-up when we checked in - we'd booked a king room, but ended up with two queens instead. Not a huge deal, but it was what we'd reserved. And, weirdly, the shower didn't have any soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which was a bit of an oversight, especially considering the hotel had just been remodeled.

“The hotel was only average which is disappointing because we were told we were in a redecorated room”

The location was one of the best things about this hotel - it's situated in a great spot, especially if you're visiting Peoria. However, the cost was a bit steep, considering it's not downtown Chicago. We paid $190 a night, which seemed like a lot for what we got.

“Amazing”

I'm not sure what to say about this hotel - everything was just.fine. I mean, it was a perfectly average stay, but nothing really stood out as particularly good or bad.

We were really impressed with the remodeled room - it was very nice. However, we did have a couple of issues. The TV wouldn't turn on, and we got moved to a new room at 12 am in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the TV in the new room only went up to volume 11, which was pretty frustrating.
