“Gill and Jackson was so helpful for our trip. They are very thoughtful and we loved the homemade scones and shortbread.”

Everything is spotless and the furnishings are tastefully chosen with high‑quality items. Nothing. However, I think it would be nice to have the doors labelled as I got quite confused with all the amount of closed doors.

Gill was brilliant. The bed and room were very comfortable. The location is superb and the place is spotless. Great spot, within walking distance to everything in and around Whitby. I would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Very clean, tidy, comfortable. An extremely friendly welcome, great location for the centre of Whitby. The host went the extra mile for us. Very highly recommended!

“Number 6 is like staying over a friends house. Home from home feeling but with a boutique hotel feel.”

I arrived to find the rooms beautifully decorated and the staff greeted us with genuine warmth. The twin room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, though we later discovered that the toilet and shower for that room were on a separate landing—our oversight for not reading the details, but it wasn’t a major issue and the facilities weren’t shared.
