Convenient and reliable, it did exactly what it promised. The only downside was that the breakfast selection felt a bit narrow.

I liked the location, but the bed was right next to the air conditioner, so I either got too hot or too cold. The toilets were very low, making it hard for taller or older guests to use them. The wallpaper was peeling, and there was only a single roll of toilet paper with three sheets on one side and none on the other. The TV was awful and clearly needed replacement.

“The staff was great, but the facilities were some of the worst I’ve seen in a long time. I wish I had taken pictures.”

The place is in a good spot and the staff are friendly and professional. I stayed here two years ago and it was clean and comfortable then, but now the hall carpets are filthy and the carpet cleaning hasn’t helped; they need to be replaced. My first‑floor room was musty and damp, so I asked for a different room and the desk lady kindly swapped me. The new room, also on the first floor but on the opposite side of the hall, was still damp and mildewy. When I went out for dinner, I saw the carpets were dark and heavily stained—one deep‑red spot that could have been dried blood. I had a suite with a dark sofa and chairs, but I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on any of them. The linens were fresh and neat, and the hard surfaces in both rooms were clean, so I didn’t have any concerns about using the bathroom, microwave, or sink. I only used the bed because the sheets were clean and kept my shoes on the floor the whole time. These aren’t just janitorial issues; they’re long‑term maintenance problems that need to be fixed before I’d stay again.

“Easy shuttle and good rest after the travel day.”

I booked the airport shuttle and was very pleased with the prompt service after calling to arrange it. The bed was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel is close to the airport and the highway. The staff were very pleasant.

The hotel is on my traveling route. The cleanliness was not super clean.
