The accommodation offered an unrivalled sea view, plenty of peace and quiet, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable; the dirt road to the site isn’t too hard to drive on, though it can get a bit dark at night. Luca, the manager, is a wonderful person who is very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is very repetitive and offers few alternatives; it needs improvement. The Wi‑Fi works well, but there is absolutely no mobile coverage from the operators. I suggest a small brochure in the room with information (e.g. about the safe in the room) and perhaps also suggestions or sponsorships for local tourist attractions and services.
The location and views are great, the setting is very charming; Luca is excellent and made our stay even better. The Wi‑Fi in the pool area could use improvement.
“Favola tra-monti e mare”
The location is perfect for those who want to visit the village, and for trekking lovers the trail 754 to Monte Circeo is just a few metres from the property. The view is spectacular: the room faces the sea directly, with a terrace in the room ideal for an aperitif while watching the sunset. The property offers very spacious areas, both outdoors and indoors. The breakfast is excellent, varied, good quality and also has a savory option. Hot drinks are made on the spot. Kudos to the staff for cleanliness and care of the place. The bathroom with sea view is highly recommended! The people who welcome you are truly exquisite.
