It was very loud and we couldn’t sleep. Our room was non‑refundable, but it was so bad we checked out two days early.

I booked everything through booking dot.com, paid upfront, and had all my confirmations, but when I arrived the manager forgot to accept our reservation and told us the hotel was fully booked, so we had to leave and contact booking dot.com. We were 13 hrs from home and couldn’t stay at all.

The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed it, but the parking was awful—always full, and the trash outside was overflowing. We stayed 11 days, and the people above us were so loud that the banging and thrashing from the next room was almost unbearable.
