The view was nice, but the rooms were noisy—paper‑thin walls let neighbours’ pipes screech at 11 pm and the car‑park doors slammed all night. The bed head was filthy and the condition felt like a rundown motel. The fridge door even fell off. Makeup was left on the lamps. The place looked nothing like the pictures and was not worth the high price.

The continental breakfast was lovely, and the room was spacious and pleasant. The staff were friendly. Prices were a bit high. There were dogs everywhere, which I didn’t expect and should be advertised; I didn’t want dog poo on my floor or lunch with them. The view was not ocean; trees blocked it even from the main pool area. Internet and Wi‑Fi were terrible, and there was no room service.

The food was excellent as always—this is my fourth visit. The bed was hard and could use a slightly softer mattress.

Didn’t feel crowded. Heated pool. Great dining options. EV charging. Saw a wild koala! Staff were great. Parking was sometimes difficult
