Rooms were spotless, the building itself is nice, the location is convenient, and the staff were excellent.

The water park shut down early and didn’t reopen for Labor Day until 4 pm; breakfast on the holiday for Memorial Day was not extended at all.

I appreciated that they offer pet‑friendly room designs, but the beds were uncomfortable.

“Overall, our stay was ok. We just needed a place to relax and sleep after a day at the track racing.”

The location to BIR was convenient, but the coffee maker in the room didn’t work, the fan was really loud and rattling, the easy chair upholstery was ripped, there was litter under the tables, it looked like nothing had been vacuumed under the tables and the heat A/C unit, and there were cobwebs on lamps and in corners.

Breakfast was mediocre, with watered‑down orange juice and bad tasting coffee; our room was dirty, the carpets weren’t clean, drywall was crumbling onto the floor, and the hotel was poorly built so we could hear people on the floor above.
