“Terrible atencion”
The service was terrible and not recommended. When I booked, I was told everything was correct and that I would be welcomed on the specified date. A day before travel, I called to confirm and ask about bringing a small pet; they reaffirmed the reservation and said there was no problem with the pet. Hours before check‑in, a very rude lady called me and said there was no space in the hotel. I explained that I was already in a nearby city and that they should help resolve the issue because it was their mistake, but she left me on hold for over 10 minutes supposedly searching for an alternative. When I called back, the manager was also very rude and simply said there was no space. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
