The staff and the service they provide are excellent, but the hotel’s furniture and overall condition are quite outdated and poorly maintained. Installing flyscreens on the balcony or replacing the torn shower curtain would significantly improve the guest experience, and the pictures online really don’t match the real hotel.

Absolutely NOTHING – this place is an excellent advertisement for the Astraport motel three doors down. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and deceitful, and check‑in was impossible with a highly complicated process; DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP. I ended up cancelling and going three doors down.

It had a bed, but the hotel advertises itself as an airport hotel while offering no lift, forcing people to lug extremely heavy luggage up flights of stairs.

The restaurant meals were great and the lady running it was very efficient and pleasant, but I didn’t like the automated check‑in. After a long day of flight delays, managing the requirements to enter our room was difficult; an email had to be requested by phone because it wasn’t received as part of usual practice, to give the 6‑digit code to open the door. The whole process was not user‑friendly, making it a rather unwelcoming place to stay.

Only the fact we could get a room mattered, but there was no reception and it was very difficult to get entry. The room was very ordinary and quite depressing.
