It was a complete scam: no refunds, no photos posted, the property was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, I walked in and left immediately, and the staff were extremely rude.

I was really looking forward to a comfortable night's sleep, but what I got was two single beds pushed together and a floor that was just begging to be slept on. I mean, come on, if you're going to offer double bed facilities, at least make sure they're actually double beds, not just two singles stuck together. Needless to say, I ended up sleeping on the floor, and it was a long night.

The location of this place is great, but that's about where the positives end. I had a real problem with the lack of service - there was no one at reception to help me when I needed it, and the place wasn't even cleaned during my stay. To make matters worse, there was no shower gel or body lotion in the room, and when I needed to use the iron, it took ages to get someone to bring it to me. As a result, I was running late, and it was a real hassle.
