The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, from reception to kitchen staff to housekeepers. They were very helpful and just a call away. Definitely going back. I was looking for a relaxed retreat and I got it.

The room was pretty nice. The guide who took us on a tour is recommendable. Some of the stuff should improve their service level. At least we had to recognize that customer‑centric could be improved.
