We spent the National Day holiday here with my husband and went skiing right next to the hotel - they even reimbursed us for the transportation cost, which was a nice touch. The service was great and the breakfast had plenty of options. The cleaning staff were super thorough and made sure our room was spotless.

I had a bit of a nightmare here - no one speaks a word of English, which made things tough. And to make matters worse, they don't accept Visa, which I used to book the room. I think the booking site should've warned us about that.

I was really impressed by the staff here - they're super friendly and helpful. I forgot to exchange my money and they not only covered my taxi fare but also lent me some cash to get by until I could exchange it. The location's not the most exciting, though - there's not much to walk around and shop. Still, it's close to the fairgrounds and taxis are easy to find.
