The hotel is very modern with a carefully curated style and a great location. The staff were friendly throughout, especially Winnie who welcomed me warmly and suggested a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese dinner.

The spot was spot on for sights, the hop‑on hop‑off bus, and the lively centre, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but that was known beforehand, and the common areas felt a little warm.

Very cozy, the bed was set up nicely, and I appreciated how secure the place felt with card‑scanned elevator access. Overall satisfied! The lobby on the bottom floor had no AC, making it very hot, especially in Hue City.
