The staff remain welcoming, but the equipment and rooms are aging; the air conditioning is broken, the tiles are yellowed, surfaces are stained, etc.

I’ve stayed here twice already and each time I’m thrilled; the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, modern, and superbly equipped, the breakfast buffet is very diverse and always fresh, the stay is always wonderful and I feel completely comfortable here, and the spa and pool are highly recommended—perfect for a brief break from work or excursions; I’ll definitely come back.

“Short stay at Crowne Plaza Noida.”

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the staff keep being super helpful and accommodating. The restaurant offered a wide range of dishes, all of which were very high quality, and breakfast matched that standard. The downside was the airport shuttle; its rates were noticeably higher than local taxi fares, so I think they should lower them because they’re quite expensive.
