I stayed in a spacious, comfy room with a good breakfast and coffee available 24/7, though the air conditioner made a slight rattling noise that wasn’t terrible.

Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful, and I had nothing else to mention.

The room was good overall, but I wished they offered potato and waffles; the mini fridge was too small and it took a while to get anything cold.

The place was modern and clean, with no complaints.

The hotel was conveniently close to the Ohio Turnpike, yet the rooms were dirty after housekeeping, the first room’s toilet was broken so I was moved, the beds felt like rocks, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was poor.
