I didn't see any positives; the staff seemed unprofessional. They told me no other rooms were available, but promised to give me the best rooms next time, so I left a good review. This time I booked again, and they said at that price we only had a mumty room without an air conditioner; I offered to pay extra for a better room, but they asked me to cancel the online booking so they could give me better rooms at a discount. It was midnight and I had no time to find another place, so I followed their instructions. They charged me extra money even though it was a double room, but the room was hot, had a chemical smell that irritated my eyes, the light dimmer didn't work, and the air conditioner was not functioning. They basically scammed me and misrepresented the situation.
