They refunded the money for the next day’s stay, and we don’t plan to return; there was no hot water, just barely warm; we stayed in several rooms, one had a persistent chlorine smell; guests arrived in the evening, it was cold outside and we couldn’t ventilate the room; the room was cold and the air‑conditioners didn’t work; Ms. Oksana, the administrator, asked for cash and didn’t tell us breakfast was from 8 to 8:30 AM, so we missed it; the Google rating is 2.9, yet the Booking rating is high; when we arrived we saw a broken shower holder lying in the room, so they changed our room; we brought grandma, the phone said there were rooms on the first floor but that was false, so we had to climb up the stairs to the third floor because there was no elevator; sound isolation was bad and we could hear a sexual act in the neighboring room; there was foreign hair on the bed, green stuff on the mattress, paper under the bed, and the tulle was long and not white; the mattress was rough and we felt metal springs in our backs no matter which position we were in.

We were very satisfied with our stay at LeGrand! We want to give a huge special thank you to Galina at the front desk – she was like a real angel who saved us from the terrible cold. We arrived in the morning and it was very cold outside. It’s important to note how huge and important it is that the hotel has a front desk that operates 24 hours a day! Even though the hotel doors were still closed, Galina showed understanding and let us in kindly so we wouldn’t freeze. She is very warm and smiling, and you really feel that everything she does for guests is sincere and from the heart. The hotel itself and the room left a very positive impression: everything was clean, and the room was spacious and bright. Among the small drawbacks – there was a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea, and for some reason there was also no internal phone. Because there is no elevator in the building, we had to go down from the third floor to the front desk. However, at the front desk they helped us immediately: they kindly gave us cups and tea, and assured us that we could always turn to them for help. Despite the small missing items in the room’s equipment, the amazing human touch and the care of the staff made up for everything. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you very much!
