The service was good.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the check‑in policy bothered me: the official time is 11:00 AM, yet we arrived at 9:00 AM and were told we’d have to pay extra for early check‑in, which I found unreasonable. I thought that if I checked in at 9:00 AM, I could also check out at 9:00 AM the next day, but the hotel still enforced the standard 11:00 AM check‑out time, which felt unfair. This is the only issue I had, and I hope the policy gets revised to be more customer‑friendly.
The room was clean and the food was good, but the location is inconvenient and there’s no proper parking facility.
