Nothing special to highlight. Initially we received a room with a broken lock. The staff tried to repair the lock and convince us that the broken lock was functioning. In the end, they changed the room.

“Really clean and comfortable rooms!”

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The location was near Tianzifang but required a taxi for everything.

I stayed at the hotel for several days while undergoing medical procedures, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional support I received throughout my stay. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to my unique needs. Because my treatment required frequent cold compression therapy, I needed to store my ice packs in a freezer, as the room did not have one. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel team went above and beyond; retrieving the ice packs for me and returning them to the freezer time and time again without hesitation. Their patience and willingness to assist made a significant difference during a challenging period. The staff were also very helpful in providing directions and guiding me on how to navigate the metro, always with a positive attitude and friendliness. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the team’s care and support, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and supportive place to stay.

“還行吧、價格偏高”

The location was good and the decor was simple, but the bathroom drain was clogged and the staff never fixed it; later a bad smell appeared, which lowered my overall impression.
