“A terrible property, don’t fall for location.”

The place is well situated and the lady who delivered breakfast was nice, though she didn’t understand English. It was the worst part of my 15‑day Italy trip—scary to stay there. The tiny apartment on the 6th floor had only one cramped room with almost no room to unpack. The receptionist only handed over keys at the scheduled time and said she couldn’t help with anything else; she didn’t even know the host’s contact. The blanket was dirty and stank. The next day housekeeping forgot the towels and nobody responded. I could only contact the host through the messaging feature, but no resolution came, and no apology was offered. Breakfast had only a few poor‑quality items delivered to the room. We left early in the morning and asked for something to eat instead of breakfast—a standard hotel practice—but there was no host or person in charge to arrange it. The host seemed more focused on making money from the location.

“Una notte per due”

The property feels very welcoming and our host was very friendly. The breakfast was all prepackaged, and the cleaning ladies rushed us for check‑out, already knocking on the door ten minutes early.

Reception service was good. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were low quality. Breakfast was basic and I had to ask repeatedly for more coffee, which arrived cold and minimal.
